台山市静脉注射吸毒人员临时性行为影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解台山市静脉注射吸毒人群的临时性行为的发生情况并探究其影响因素,为开展干预措施提供依据。方法采用横断面研究方法,对330名台山市戒毒所内静脉吸毒人员进行问卷调查。采用χ2检验比较有无临时性伴静脉注射吸毒人群在一般人口学特征、吸毒相关行为和艾滋病知识知晓情况等方面的差异。采用多元Logistic回归分析是否有临时性伴的影响因素。结果 330名静脉吸毒人员的平均年龄为(37.0±6.4)岁,其中93.3%为男性。被调查者中有115人(34.8%)有超过1个以上的临时性伴。124名的静脉吸毒者报道曾有过共用针具行为。多因素分析表明,影响临时性行为的因素包括:年龄、是否共用针具。结论临时性行为普遍存在于静脉吸毒人群中,不利于控制HIV病毒的传播,而较大的年龄和共用针具是增加静脉吸毒人群与临时性伴发生性关系的危险因素,相关部门应该针对年龄较大及共用针具的静脉吸毒人群采取合理的预防干预措施。OBJECTIVE To understand the status and explore the influencing factors for temporary sexual behavior among intravenous drug users （IDUs） in Taishan city. METHODS A cross-sectional survey for 330 intravenous drug users in Tais- ban rehabilitation center was carried out through face-to-face interview. Chi-square test was used to compare the demographic characteristic, drug related behavior and AIDS knowledge awareness. Logi,;tic regression was used to analyze influencing fac- tors of temporary sexual behavior. RESULTS Of the 330 participants, the mean age was 37.0 ±6.4 and 93.3% of them were males. 115 （34.8%） had one or more temporary sexual partners. 124 IDUs were reported sharing needles. The logistic regres- sion results showed that older age and needle sharing were risk factors of temporary sexual behavior. CONCLUSION Tempo- rary sexual behavior is not rare among IDUs, which is an obstacle to conlrol the spread of HIV. Since older age and needle sharing are factors that increase the hazard of temporary sexual behavior among IDUs, appropriate preventive measures target- ed at these high risk populations should be carried out.
