保定市城区老年人生活质量及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解保定市老年人生活质量及影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表、世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表（WHOQOL—BREF）中文版、老年抑郁量表（GDS）对395名60岁以上的老年人进行问卷调查。结果性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况主要影响老年人生理领域、社会关系领域得分，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05。P〈0．001）；养老方式、经济收入、医疗保险、患病数量、身体锻炼、休闲活动、生活事件、抑郁状态对老年人生活质量四个领域得分均有显著影响，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05～P〈0．001）。结论应针对影响老年人生活质量的因素采取相应的干预措施。OBJECTIVE To know the condition of quality of life and its influence factors among elderly people in Baoding city. METHODS 395 elderly people were surveyed with General Condition Inventory, WHOQOL-BREF and GDS. RE- SULTS The scores of physiology and social relationship were significantly influenced by sex, ages, educational level and marital state （P 〈 0.05-P 〈 0.001 ）. The scores of physiology, psychology, social relationship and environment were signifi- cantly influenced by styles of supporting aged, income, health insurance, the number of sick, physical exercise, leisure ac- tivities, life events and depression （P 〈 0.05-P 〈 0.001 ）. CONCLUSION Appropriate intervention measures should be taken according to influencing factors of life quality among elderly people.
