摘 要:目的探讨MMP-8—799C/T(rsll225395)基因多态性与心肌梗死发病风险的关系,为心肌梗死的预防和治疗提供新思路。方法利用聚合酶链式反应一连接酶检测反应(PCR—LDR)分析技术,对153例心肌梗死的患者和275名对照个体的MMP-8—799C/T(rsll225395)多态位点进行分型,采用非条件逻辑回归分析统计该多态位点与心肌梗死易感的相关性。结果在总研究人群中,MMP-8—799C/T(rsll225395)与心肌梗死无易感相关性(x2=2.195,P=0.334)。而在不吸烟人群中,M舰D-8—799C/T(rsll225395)与心肌梗死易感显著相关(x2=6.757,P=0.034),T等位基因显著增加个体患心肌梗死的发病风险(OR=1.88,95%CI=1.14~3.10,P=0.014)。结论在不吸烟人群中MMP-8—799C/T多态位点与中国汉族心肌梗死遗传易感有关,并且T等位基因可能是心肌梗死的危险因素。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the MMP-8 -799C/T (rs11225395) polymorphism and the risk for myocardial infarction (MI) in Chinese Han population. METI-IODS The genotypes of the MMP-8-799C/T (rs11225395) polymorphism were determined in 153 myocardial infarction patients and 275 control blood donors by poly- merase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction (PCR-LDR) . Association between the polymorphism and the risk for myocar- dial infarction was evaluated using unconditional Logistic regression analysis. RESULTS In the general population, no signif- icant difference was observed in the frequency of MMP-8 -799C/T genotypes between cases and controls (x2 = 2.195, P = 0.334). Interestingly, MMP-8 -799C/T polymorphism was associated with the risk of myocardial infarction among non- smokers (x2 = 6.757, P = 0.034). Significantly increased risk for myoc~,rdial infarction was observed for those carrying T variant allele (OR = 1.88, 95%CI =1.14-3.10, P = 0.014). CONCLUSION The present study suggests that -799CfF (rs11225395) polymorphism of MMP-8 gene is associated with myocardiai~ infarction in Chinese Han population among non- smokers, and the T allele may be a predictor for the susceptibility of myoc~,rdial infarction.
