摘　　要：目的了解昆山市游泳场所的卫生状况,分析存在的问题及原因,提出改进措施,规范卫生管理,建立完善长效监管机制,确保游泳者的身体健康。方法于2012年6月15日至9月15日对该市向公众开放的25家游泳场所进行专项监督检查,并联合市疾控中心对游泳池水质进行检测。结果 25家游泳场所有效卫生许可证持有率100%;80%的经营单位建立了各项卫生管理制度,但部分单位相关制度落实不到位,泳池水检测合格率仅61.5%,不同信誉度等级单位之间池水水质差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.76,P=0.03),A级单位的水质检测合格率显著高于B级单位(χ2=6.68,P=0.01)。结论昆山市游泳场所的卫生管理水平有待进一步提高,应全面推行卫生监督量化分级管理工作,不断加强对游泳场所卫生管理人员卫生知识及泳池水消毒过滤技术的培训与指导,健全经营单位卫生设施的配备,有效预防介水传染病的传播与流行。OBJECTIVE To understand the health status of swimming places, analyze the existing problems and the causes, put forward improving measures, regulate the health management, establish and perfect a long-term supervision mechanism, to ensure the physical health. METHODS From June 15 to September 15 in 2012, organization special checks were conduct- ed in 25 swimming places which were open to the public and pool water quality was investigated by City CDC. RESULTS The rate of valid health permit in 25 swimming places was 100% ; 80% of the business units established the health management system, but the relevant systems in some units were not implemented. The qualified rate of pool water was only 61.5%, the water quality in units with different credit grades had significant difference （X2 = 6.76, P = 0.03 ）, the qualified rate of water quality was significantly higher in grade A units than that of B units （x2 = 6.68, P = 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION The health man- agement level remains to rise further in swimming placesof Kunshan city, it should carry out Sanitation Supervision Quantifi- cation Classified Management, and continually enhance health management of swimming pool and disinfection, filter techni- cal training and guidance for staff, improve the operation of facilities to effectively prevent spread and epidemic of waterborne infectious disease.
