摘　　要：归纳梳理我国职业病防治法律体系发展历史,具体描述目前我国初步形成的职业病防治法律体系的内容,探讨该法律体系在立法目的、体系、内容和规划等方面存在的问题,提出针对性建议。This paper aimed to summarize the history of laws, regulations, and standards of occupational disease prevention and control in China and the achievements in establishing the legal system on occupational disease prevention and control. Improvements to the legal system were proposed according to challenges presented in recent years, especially in the goal, principle, and management of legislation.
