摘　　要：煤炭是当前我国的主体能源,但燃煤导致的低效率和高污染问题,已成为我国资源环境领域最突出的矛盾。在保障经济社会可持续发展背景下,本文基于对未来的能源情景分析,强调了推进煤炭绿色转型,促进煤炭生产消费革命的重要意义,并提出了"控总量、提效率、治污染、替油气"的具体思路。Coal is the most important primary energy in China, but the environment problems by the coal consumption are very serious. Based on the long-term economic and energy scenario analyses, this paper empha- sizes the importance of coal＇s green consumption from the demand side, and gives same suggestions for policy makers, such as putting forward the ＂controlling the total, improving efficiency ,treating pollution,using more oil and gas ＂
