体育强国建设背景下的法律环境现状与优化研究

摘　　要：在国家明确"依法治国"的大背景下,体育强国建设自然也必须得到法律环境的支持和保障。研究从体育现实地位的确立、秩序的保障、体育社会价值和综合作用的实现以及对公民体育权利的维护几个方面,探讨了法律环境对促进和保障体育强国建设的具体作用,指出了体育法律环境现状不能满足体育强国建设需要的地方,并提出了如何完善的建议。Under the background of ＂ governing the country by law＂ , the construction ot sports power has to be supported and guaranteed by law. The paper, from the perspective of the establishment of sports rights realization, the guarantee of order, the realization of social sports value and comprehensive functions as well as the protection of the citi- zens＂ sports rights, discusses the specific effects of legal environment on the construction of a sports power, pointing the fact that the current situation of legal environment can meet the needs of the construction of a sports power and thus sug- gesting the corresponding measure for improvement.
