中国女排“全面”和“高度”失衡的思考

摘　　要：运用文献资料和观察法,对中国女排从世界大赛的"五连冠"到亚州锦标赛仅获第四的辉煌和低谷,解析中国女排技战术特色,对中国女排近十几年"全面"与"高度"的失衡现象提出个人见解。结合中国女排目前的窘况,分析了中国女排面对2016年的巴西奥运会必须面临的两个主要问题。Depending on literature and observations, the paper analyzes the prime five successive championships in world major competitions and the humiliating 4th place in Asian championship of the Chinese women＇s volleyball team. It further analyzes Chinese team＇s tactical characteristics and comes up with personal ideas about the team＇s imbalances of ＂ all -roundness＂ and ＂height＂ in the recent ten years. Finally, the paper, according to the team＇s present dilemma, an- alyzes the two major problems the Chinese women＇s volleyball team has to face in their preparation for the 2016 Brazil O- lympic Games.
