摘　　要：从蒋介石日记可看出蒋介石常存忧党之念,他所关注的国民党弊端包括组织分裂、党员腐化和人才缺乏等,在忧党方面蒋介石所言与所思基本一致。由于蒋介石以构筑个人权势为目标,所以他对国民党弊端的忧虑,一定程度上也是在替自己的政治前途考虑。可以说,蒋介石忧党的背后,其实在忧己。The diary showed that disadvantages of KMT often worried Chiang Kai - shek, including the organizational divi- sion, con＇uption of party member and lack of talent, which was also criticized by Chiang in public. But, because Chiang Kai - shek aimed to consolidate his personal power, what he concerned for KMT was subjected to his political future. In other words, the real intention for Chiang Kai -shek to concern KMT is to concern himself.
