摘  要:为改善航空发动机风扇盘应力状态,减轻风扇盘质量,首先将风扇盘简化为二维轴对称模型,使用随机搜索法,在ANSYS软件下对其进行结构优化.然后,分别针对原始盘和优化盘的三维实体结构构建风扇叶片/盘模型,在其工作状态下,模拟接触分析.对比优化前后的结构分析结果,发现优化后叶片/盘组合模型和单独的盘体应力分布梯度明显减小,各应力值均有不同程度的下降,盘的质量减轻,使盘的工作安全性和寿命都有所提升.In order to improve the stress state of the aero engine fan disc, and reduce its weight, in this paper, the fan disc was simplified to two-dimensional axisymmetric model and the random search methods were used under ANSYS soft- ware to optimize the fan disc structure size. Then, the three dimensional fan disc models of the original disc and optimum disc were built under the working condition, and the contact analyses were simulated Simultaneously. The weight of the fan disc has been reduced as the main structure size changed. By comprising the structural analysis results of the design state and optimizing state, we find that the stress distribution gradient of the blade/disc combination model and single disc model is reduced significantly, and the stress value is decreased in some degree. The weight of disc is reduced are im- proved.
