摘 要:研究了氧化铬对铁基粉末冶金摩擦材料的机械强度和显微组织的影响。结果表明:从试样的机械性能来看,Cr2O3添加超过一定的量是不利的,但从显微结构来看,随着Cr2O3含量的增加,材料的晶粒细化,并且出现了细晶区,而且Cr2O3在铁基摩擦材料中可以充当润滑组元,同时也是硬质点,这对于摩擦特性来说是有利的。综合考虑选择4% Cr2O3是可以接受的,这既不会降低材料的机械强度,又可以增加材料表面的光滑程度和耐磨性。The influence of Cr2O3 on mechanical strength and microstructures of iron-based powder metallurgy friction materials was researched. The results showed that Cr2O3 added more than a certain amount was disadvantageous to the mechanical properties of sample. However from the microscopic structure, the increasing of Cr2O3 would refine the grains to form the refined grain zone in iron-based powder metallurgy friction materials, and Cr2O3 could act as a role of lubricant component in the iron-based friction materials. Those were also the hardness spots which were advantage to the friction characteristics. Comprehensively considering, the 4% CrzO3 amount was acceptable because this would not reduce the mechanical strength, but increase the smoothness of the materials and abrasion resistance.
