摘　　要：本文对我国建筑抗震鉴定技术标准的发展历程进行了系统的总结,对各个时期标准的技术特点、修订的主要技术进步进行了简要的介绍。文中还介绍了近年来抗震鉴定的最新研究成果,讨论了现行抗震鉴定技术标准中存在的问题,最后提出了进一步的改进方向。In this paper, the development of seismic appraisal standard in different historical periods is summarized. The details about the technical characteristics and the progress compared with the former edition are briefly introduced. In the paper, the problems in the current standard are discussed and the latest research results are also presented. Finally, the revision suggestions about standard are put forward.
