摘　　要：本文首先回顾了建筑结构的专项检测技术、系统综合的检测技术和全面检测技术等研究和发展过程,并展望了今后结构检测技术的发展趋势。随后,本文介绍了既有建筑结构评定技术的经验的评定、部分性能的定量评定和全部性能的评定等3个发展阶段。First, the research and development history of a testing technology, including special building structure testing technology, systems integration testing technology and comprehensive testing technology, is reviewed in this paper. And then the future of the structure detection technology trends is presented. Subsequently, the three stages of development of technical assessment of existing building structure are introduced, including the assessment of the experience, part of the performance assessment and full performance assessment.
