关于中国特色现代大学制度的理论认识

摘　　要：完善中国特色现代大学制度的首要问题是弄清楚什么是中国特色现代大学制度,以及现代大学制度的"中国特色"与普适性的关系。中国特色现代大学制度是社会主义制度下的现代大学制度,它体现现代大学制度的普适性和共同趋势,体现大学的本质特性,有利于大学健康发展和发挥大学的社会作用,与国家政治制度、经济制度和文化制度主动适应和协调。建立和完善中国特色现代大学制度,需要进一步解放思想,在大学与政府的关系、大学与社会的关系以及大学内部治理结构上加大改革力度。The most important issue of perfecting modern university institution with Chinese characteristics is to figure out what the modern university institution with Chinese characteristics is and the relationship between Chinese characteristics and the universality of modern university institution. Modern university institution with Chinese characteristics is the modern university institution under the socialist system, which embodies the universality of modern university institution and the common trend, reflects the essential characteristics of the university, is not only good to healthy development and social function of the university, but also adapted to the development of our country＇s political, economic and cultural systems. We need to further emancipate our minds, and intensify reforms on the relationships between university and government, university and society, and the internal governance structure of the university, so that the modern university institution with Chinese characteristics can be established and perfected.
