摘 要:正义感是理解、应用和践行正义理念,判断事物正义与否,并为这些判断提供理由的能力和愿望以及相伴的情感体验。正义在何为公民合理利益、何样行为是正当行为等基本问题上给出了限制和判断标准,其核心是公民权利义务分配的原则。正义感的发展是从他律到自律的过程。正义感培育的主要目标是明晰权利义务分配原则,理解正义理念,奠定认知基础;转化原始体验,提升正义情感;克服不义偏好,践行正义理念。正义感培育的主要路径有权威榜样示范,群体生活互惠,学校引领熏陶,个人领悟践行等。Sense of justice is the ability, desire and corresponding emotional experience of understanding, applying and practising the idea of justice, judging and justifying what is counted as justice. Justice is the criteria and restriction of citizen's reasonable profit and action; the core of the criteria is the distributive principles of rights and obligations. The development of sense of justice is a process from heteronomy to autonomy. The goals of cultivating citizen's sense of justice are clarifying the distributive principles, understanding the idea of justice, and establishing the cognitive foundation; transforming original experiences to justice sentiments; overcoming unjust preferences and practising the idea of justice. The approaches include the guidance of authorities, reciprocity in community life, the edification of school, and personal comprehension and practice.
