摘　　要：水泥回转窑的富氧助燃具有节能、环保、优质、稳产多重效果,但在技改决策过程中存在诸多不确定性,为此试把集对分析理论应用于水泥回转窑富氧助燃节能技改决策分析,给出的决策思路和效益测算方法对其他工业炉窑的富氧助燃节能技改决策与效益测算也有参考价值.The cement rotary kiln oxygen-rich combustion with energy saving and environ- mental protection, high quality, stable yield multiple effects, But in the technical innovation decision-making process has many uncertainties, So try to set theory is applied to the analysis of cement rotary kiln oxygen-enriched combustion, energy-saving technological transformation of decision analysis, The decision-making ideas and efficiency method, Oxygen-enriched combustion, energy-saving technological transformation decision and efficiency of other industrial furnaces, but also has the reference value.
