摘 要:创意产业的迅速成长已成为发达国家和城市经济发展的普遍趋势,以创新、创意为核心的创意产业的发展规模和水平,正成为衡量一个国家和城市综合竞争力的重要标志之一。因此,不少国家和城市都已把创意产业作为支柱产业,通过各种政策措施和手段积极推动创意产业的发展。本文通过国内外城市创意指数的比较研究,构建中国城市创意指数指标体系,用以量度国家、城市创意产业的发展状况和决定创意产业增长的各种影响因素,评估创意产业的竞争力水平,促进城市创新能力的发展。The 21st century is of a knowledge-based economy.The rapid growth of creative industry has become a common trend of the developed countries and of urban economic development.The development scale and level of creative industry cored by innovation and creativity constitutes one of the important symbols for the measure of the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or city.Therefore, since the end of last century,many countries and cities,such as the United Kingdom,Japan,Australia, Singapore,Beijing,Hong Kong,and Shanghai,have made creative industry as a pillar industry,and spared no effort to promote its development through a variety of policy measures and instruments actively.By comparing researches on city creativity index at home and abroad,this article forms the index system of creativity city index in China to measure the development status in creative industry at the level of country and city,identify the influencing factors for the growth of creative industry,assess the level of competitiveness of creative industry and promote the process of creativity city.
