摘  要:某润滑油加氢装置3台加热炉均采用扁平型附墙火焰气体T型喷头结构形式的燃烧器,实际生产运行过程中发现燃烧器火嘴极易结焦堵塞,而清火嘴时热量流失严重且炉膛局部温度偏低,导致加热炉热效率降低。同时,燃料气重组分含量高,燃烧不充分。采用灯塔型燃烧器系统替代T型燃烧器系统,并对火嘴进行了相应改造,改造后燃烧器燃烧效果良好,加热炉热效率明显提高,为装置节能增效提供了保障。A lubricating oil hydrogenation unit had three furnaces. Each furnace had many flat and wall-attached flame gas burners, whose structure was T type. In actual production process, the burner fire nozzles were coking frequently. During the cleaning of fire nozzles, it caused lots of heat loss and low temperature of some part of furnace and low heat efficiency. On the other hand, there was too much heavy constituent in fuel gas, which caused insufficient combustion. In order to solve these problems, a lighthouse type burner system was used in the unit instead of T type burner system. In addition to that, the fire nozzles were reformed, too. After the above technical reformation, the heat efficiency was increased obviously and combustion effect was very good, which had contributed to energy conservation of unit and was worthy to be popularized and applied in the similar unit.
