摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道逆行剥脱法治疗男性膀胱颈硬化症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析日照市人民医院2010年1月至2013年1月期间收治的36例经尿道逆行剥脱法治疗男性膀胱颈硬化症患者的临床资料，以手术前后排尿困难症状改善、残余尿量、最大尿流率评价疗效。结果36例患者手术均顺利完成，手术时间38—65min，平均（46±6）min，均没有输血。术后8h开始进食，出院后随访1年，手术1年后患者WSS（8．0±1．8）分，显著低于术前的（22．5±4．2）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；手术1年后患者Qmax（17．0±4．2）ml／s，显著高于术前的（8．1±2．4）ml／s，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；手术1年后患者PVR（20±5）ml，显著低于术前的（95±19）ml，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经尿道逆行剥脱法是治疗老年膀胱颈硬化症有效的治疗方法，临床效果满意，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate ion on male bladder neck sclerosis. Methods the clinical efficacy of the transurethral The clinical data of 36 male patients with bladder neck sclerosis from January 2010 to January 2013 who were treated by transurethral retrograde exfoliation were retrospectively analyzed. The improvement of dysuria after surgery, residual urine volume, maximum flow rate were evaluated. Results Thirty-six patients were operated successful, the operation time was 38 - 65 minutes,with an average of （46 ± 6）minutes, with no blood transfusion. Start eating after 8 hours, the 1 - year follow-up after discharge, 1 year after surgery, patients＇ IPSS was （ 8.0 ± 1.8 ） points, which was significantly lower than （22. 5 ± 4. 2） points of the preoperative, with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈0.05 ） ; One year after surgery, Qmax in patients was （ 17.0 ±4.2） ml/s, which was sig-nificantly higher than （8.1 ± 2.4 ） ml/s of the preoperative, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; One year after surgery, PVR in patients was （20 ± 5 ）ml, which was significantly lower than （95 ± 19 ）ml of the preoperative, with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The transure-thral re clinical trograde exfoliation is an effective method for the treatment of male bladder neck sclerosis, the results is satisfactorv, and it＇ s worthv of clinical application
