摘 要:以光伏电站实际结构为原型,详细分析光伏阵列及逆变器控制系统,并在PSCAD/EMTDC中建立其光伏阵列以及控制系统数学模型。以现场实测气象数据(光照、温度)为输入,对比分析仿真数据与现场采集数据,验证仿真系统的准确性。在此基础上利用该模型分析研究大型光伏电站并网点的选择、并网运行特性以及低电压穿越三项运行技术,提出光伏电站并网运行技术措施。研究结果对大型光伏电站仿真及运行具有参考意义。On the basis of the actual structure of PV power station, this paper analyzes the PV arrays and inverter con-trol system, and establishes the corresponding mathematical model in PSCAD/EMTDC. The meteorological data ( light and temperature), which were collected in the site, are used as input and compared with the simulation data in order to validate the accuracy of the simulation system. Then based on the model, the grid-connection technology of large PV power plants is studied, including the selection of grid-connection site, operational characteristics, and low-voltage fide-through, thus to provide techniques for the gird-connection operation of the PV plant. The study results could provide guidance to the simulation and operation of large-scale PV power plants.
