摘  要:分析了单列辅机配置下超超临界机组的运行性能和控制特点。针对某660MW单列辅机超超临界机组特点,优化设计了RB(辅机故障快速减负荷)及FCB(快速甩负荷)控制策略。通过现场优化试验,机组的RB及FCB功能已成功投入,实现了运行机组在主要辅机故障下快速减负荷,以及并网机组在电网侧发生故障甩掉全部负荷时锅炉和汽轮机不跳闸,发电机可带厂用电"孤岛运行"的方式。此优化控制策略对同类型机组提供了很好的借鉴作用。The operation performance and control characteristics of uhra-supercritical units with single auxiliary equip-ments configuration are analyzed. The RB and FCB control strategy for a specific 660MW ultra-supercritical unit was optimally designed. The RB and FCB function of the unit has been successfully put into operation after field optimal test, which can not only realize load rapidly reduction for the operating unit in the main auxiliary equipments fault condition, but also do not cause the boiler and steam turbine to trip; instead, the "island operation" of the unit can be achieved only with plant service power when the grid side faults lead to all load shedding. This optimal control strategy provides a good reference for the same type of units.
