神经康复支具对桡神经康复的疗效观察  

The Effects of Simply Constructed Rehabilitation Brace in the Postoperative Rehabilitation of Radial Nerve Injury: A Prospective Controlled Study

摘　　要：目的评价简易神经康复支具用于桡神经损伤患者术后康复的疗效。方法将25例桡神经损伤的患者随机分为康复支具组(13例)和对照组(12例),比较两组患者桡神经功能改善情况。结果采用桡神经功能评定试用标准对两组患者桡神经功能进行评估。康复支具组3个月优良率为69.23%,对照组为25%(P<0.05)。12个月随访时两组优良率分别为84.6%和75%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用本康复支具可明显缩短桡神经功能恢复时间,但不影响远期预后。Objective To evaluate the effects of a simply constructed rehabilitation brace in the postoperative rehabilita- tion of the radial nerve injury. Methods 25 patients with radial nerve injury were randomly divided into the simply construc- ted rehabilitation brace group（ 13 cases） and the control group（ 12 cases）. The rehabilitate of radial nerve function between two groups at the end of the third and twelfth month were compared according to the trial assessment standards of radial nerve function. Results The excellent rate of the simply constructed rehabilitation brace group （69.23 % ） was obviously higher than the Control group （25 % ） at the end of the third month （ P 〈 0.05, statistically significant）. However, it showed no difference between the two groups at the end of the twelfth month （84.6% VS 75 % ;P 〉 0.05, no statistically significant）. Conclusion The simply constructed rehabilitation brace obviously promotes the postoperative rehabilitation of radial nerve injury, but not af- fects the long- term prognosis.
