摘　　要：概述了精细化管理的内涵,分析了企业在推进精细化管理方面存在的体系化推进不足和信息化支撑不够的突出问题,结合信息化与精细化的关系论证,提出了一种依托信息化开展精细化的建设思路。最后,结合实践,论述了精细化管理的体系框架和信息化精细管理的推进模式,结合数据管理和制造管理等信息化平台建设,介绍了推进精细化管理的效果。The connotation of refinement management is summarized. The outstanding problems such as the lack ot systemization promotion and the inadequate support of informationization existing in the aspect of promotion of refinement management are analyzed. Combining with the demonstration of the relationship between informationizadon and refinement, a construction idea for implementing refinement management relying on informationization is proposed. FinaUy, combining with the practice, the system framework of refinement management and the promotion mode of inforrnationalized refinement management are discussed. Combining with the information platform construction such as data management and manufacturing management, the effects for the promotion of refinement management are introduced
