摘　　要：从民初女子参政运动的失败到中华人民共和国第一届中央人民政府中出现女性领导人,从民初唐群英带领女界大闹临时政府参议院到新中国第一位也是迄今为止唯一的一位中央人民政府副主席宋庆龄,中国妇女参政运动走过了近半个世纪的历程。这期间,新中国初期在第一届全国政协、第一届中央人民政府、政务院各部门高层任职的女性们将自己的人生追求融入时代大潮之中,在国家民族求独立求解放的进程中,实现了自己的人生价值。Abstract： From the failure of Women-Entering-Politics Movement in the early era of the Republic of China to the appearance of female leaders in the First Central People＇s Government of the People＇s Republic of China and fromTang Qunying, ＇who attacked the Senate of the Temporary Government with other women to Soong Ching-ling, the first and the only vice chairwoman of the Central People＇s Government of the People＇s Republic of China, Chi- nese Women Movement has already lasted half a century. During the period, the women who held crucial posts in high classes of the first Chinese People＇s Political Consultative Conference, the First Central People＇s Government, and the Government Administration have realized their values in life.
