摘  要:本文介绍了旋转音圈电机在航天领域作为有限转角力矩器的一种应用。介绍了旋转音圈电机的原理,推导了气隙磁密的估算公式和相应尺寸间的关系,并利用有限元软件Flux进行了模型仿真与优化。文章分析了音圈电机电枢反应产生机理,并给出了抑制方法。最后设计了样机并完成了实验测试,实验结果满足设计要求。A rotary voice coil motor used in the field of space as a limited angle actuator was described in this paper. The principle of it, the estimation formula of air gap flux density and the relationship between si- zes parameters were analyzed. Then using Flux, a kind of finite element software, the simulation and optimi- zation of the rotary voice (:oil motor were presented. This paper also analyzed the case of armature reaction and gave the approach to suppress its effect. Finally, though the experimental test, the prototype reached the requirement of design.
