摘　　要：文章以分工和资产专用性理论为基础,分析了西部产业结构升级阻滞的原因,认为沉没成本和原材料的专用性强化了西部产业结构的低端化。实现西部产业结构升级的主要途径是运用比较优势,有选择地发展战略性新兴产业。Based on theory of division of labor and asset specificity,the paper analyzed reasons of obstacles of industrial structure upgrade in western region,concluded that the sunk cost and special purpose of raw material strengthen the low- level situation of industrial structure of western region. The author points out that the upgrade path is using the comparative advantage and develops strategic emerging industries selectively.
