摘 要:通过急性盐度(0、5、10、15、20、25、30)和盐度驯化实验(每天升高1、2、3、4、5)来探讨星洲红鱼(Redtilapia)的耐盐性。结果表明:星洲红鱼对盐度骤变的耐受区间为15~20,48h、72h、96h半致死浓度分别为17.72、17.00和16.73g/L,生存的安全浓度为1.673g/L;半致死浓度随着盐度作用的时间延长而减小,各时间段内盐度梯度的对数与死亡率相关显著(P〈0.05);慢性盐度驯化,可使其耐受的盐度提高至26。本实验结果可为星洲红鱼的耐盐品种选育和盐碱水体养殖提供科学依据。Salinity tolerance of Red tilapia was studied experiment, through the acute salinity (directly transferred from freshwater to brackish waters with different salinity 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30) and salinity acclimation experiments (gradually increasing water salinity 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 once a day) The results showed that the tolerance interval for acute salinity was 15 -20, and the LC50 in 48 h, 72 h and 96 h were 17.72, 17. 00 and 16. 73 g/L, respectively, and the safe concentration was 1. 673g/L; LC50 reduced with the prolonging of the experiment. There was a significant correlation between the logarithm of salinity and mortality (P 〈 0. 05 ). When domesticated gradually salinity rising, the salt resistance could adapt to 26. The results of this study will provide a scientific basis for breeding of salt tolerance and saline water aquaculture of Red tilapia in the future.
