Seasonal variation in physical and chemical factors for freshwater pearl mussel farming in different regions of China

摘  要:分别于2006年9月、2006年12月、2007年3月和2007年7月调查了分布在江苏省苏州市、浙江省杭州市和绍兴市、湖北省荆州市、江西省九江市的10个三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)养殖水体的理化环境。结果表明调查期间上述水体水温为6.5~34.0℃,Ca^2+为17.89—66.54mg/L,总硬度为61.02~217.78mgCaCO3/L,总碱度为43.30—218.24mgCaCO3/L,总氮(TN)为0.46—2.78mg/L,总磷(TP)为0.01—0.35mg/L,高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)为4.36—17.98mg/L。从地点上看:苏州、杭州、绍兴的水体水温和透明度高于九江和荆州的水体,但表层溶氧(DO)、pH和总碱度低于后者;苏州的水体盐度、Ca^2+和总硬度高于九江、荆州、杭州和绍兴的水体;杭州、绍兴的水体TN和TP高于九江、荆州和苏州的水体;荆州的水体CODMn高于杭州、绍兴、九江和苏州的水体。从时间上看:7月和9月水温、TP和CODMn高于3月和12月,而表层DO、pH、Ca^2+、总硬度和TN低于后者;透明度、盐度和总碱度季节变化趋势不明显。所调查的水体DO、CODMn与水温相关,TN、TP与DO相关,表明DO、CODMn、TN、TP随水温变化而变化。A one year survey was conducted to evaluate water quality of 10 freshwater pearl mussel Hyriopsis cumingii farms locating in Suzhou city ( Jiangsu province) , Hangzhou city ( Zhejiang province ) , Shaoxing city ( Zhejiang province) , Jingzhou city (Hubei province) and Jiujiang city (Jiangxi province), China. The water samples were collected in 2006 (September and December) and 2007 ( March and July), respectively. The results showed water temperature was 6. 5 - 34. 0 ℃ , and Ca2+ concentration was 17.89 -66. 54 mg/L, and total hardness was 61.02 -217.78 mg CaCO3/L, and total alkalinity was 43.30 - 218.24 mg CaCO3/L, and total nitrogen (TN) was 0. 46 - 2. 78 mg CaCO2/L, and total phosphorus (TP) was 0. 01 - 0. 35 mg . L -1, and chemical oxygen demand ( CODMn ) was 4. 36 - 17.98 mg/L. Water temperature, TP and CODMn were higher, whereas dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, Ca2+ , total hardness and TN were lower, in July and September than in March and December. No apparent seasonal trends were found in secchi depth, salinity and total alkalinity. Water temperature was higher in Suzhou, Hangzhou and Shaoxin than in Jiujiang and Jingzhou. Dissolved oxygen, pH and total alkalinity were higher in the Jinzhou and Jiujiang water bodies than in the Suzhou, Hangzhou and Shaoxing water bodies. Salinity, Ca^2+ and total hardness were higher in the Suzbou water bodies than in the Jiujiang, Jingzhou, Hangzhou and Shaoxing water bodies. TN and TP were higher in the Hangzhou and Shaoxing water bodies than in the Jiujiang, Jingzhou and Suzhou water bodies. CODMn was higher in the Jingzhou water bodies than in the Hangzhou, Shaoxing, Jiujiang and Suzhou water bodies. Correlation were found between TN and DO, TP and DO, DO and CODMn, and DO and water temperature, suggesting that DO, CODMn, TN and TP changed with the change of water temperature in the surveyed water bodies.
