摘 要:[目的]研究文丘里泵对剩余污泥重力浓缩效率的影响。[方法]将移动式板箱放入重力浓缩池的污泥中,利用文丘里泵进行负压抽水,用空气压缩机逆向吹脱板箱外面的泥饼,测量浓缩后的污泥含水率。[结果]文丘里泵对移动式板箱的单次抽吸最佳时间为6min,压力为-0.08 MPa;空气压缩机逆向吹脱移动式板箱外泥饼的最佳输出压力是0.4 MPa,通气时间是8 s。负压抽吸和逆向吹脱轮流进行,可以使重力浓缩池的停留时间缩短至60 min,比传统方法所用时间缩短91.7%,浓缩后污泥的最终含水率可降低到96.3%。[结论]文丘里泵和移动式板箱组合使用可以显著提高污泥重力浓缩的效率。[ Objective] The effect of Venturri pump in sewage sludge gravity concentrate efficiency was investigated, [ Method] Mobile boxes were pumped by Venturri pump and blew reversely to dislodge the sludge cake by air compressor in sludge gravity concentrate pond. The mois- ture content of concentrated sludge was determined. [ Result] The best parameters were 6 minutes, - 0.08 MPa for Venturri pump and O. 4 MPa, 8 seconds for air compressor. With negative pressure pumping and reversal blowing in turn the sludge remain time was decreased to 60 minutes, 91.7% comparing with traditional method, and the moisture content of concentrated sludge was decreased to 96.3%. [ Conclusion] The efficiency of sludge gravity concentrate was improved remarkably with using a combination of Venturri pump and mobile boxes.
