摘 要:[目的]研究半亚硝化的快速实现及影响因素.[方法]采用全程自养脱氮(CANON)反应器对高氨氮模拟废水进行半亚硝化反应的研究,主要研究了进水NH4+-N和DO浓度以及pH的变化对半亚硝化反应的影响.[结果]控制试验条件在进水NH4+-N浓度为200 mg/L,pH为7.5 ~8.5,HRT=1.25 d,DO为1.5 mg/L,室温(25~ 27℃)的条件下,连续运行40d,NH4+-N转化为NO2-N的比率接近57%,NO2--N积累率(即NO2-N/NOx--N)在95%以上,NO2-N与NH4+-N比值基本稳定在1.06~l.21.[结论]CANON反应器实现了半亚硝化反应,为后续Anammox菌的富集和CANON反应器的启动创造了条件.[ Objective ] To study on quickly startup process and influencing factors of half-nitrosation. [ Method ] The study of half-nitrosation has been accomplished for high ammonia nitrogen simulation wastewater in a reactor of completely autotrophic ammonium removal over nitrite (CANON). The influences of concentration variations of influent pH, NH4 + -N, and DO to half-nitrosation were analyzed during the experi- ments. [ Result] Control the experiment under the condition of influent NH4 +-N of 200 rag/L, DO of 1.5 rag/L, HRT of 1.25 d, pH value of 7.5 - 8.5, and water temperature of 25 - 27 ~C , the accumulation rate of NO2 - -N( i. e. , NO2 - -N/NOx - -N) is over 95% , the conversion rate of NH4 ~ -N to NOa - -N is close to 57% and the rate of NO2 - -N to NH4+ -N steadily keeps 1.06 - 1.21. [ Conclusion] CANON reactor successfully started the nitrosoflcation reaction, which create good conditions for further enrichment of anammox bacteria and startup of the CANON reactor.
