基于农村籍大学生返乡就业的高校创业教育研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查农村籍大学生返乡就业意愿,发现农村籍大学生返乡虽具有地利、人和等优势,但目前仍存在学生返乡就业意愿不高等问题,除农村环境等外因外,还受农村籍大学生的就业能力和返乡就业信心等内因影响。进一步利用问卷调查创业教育对农村籍大学生的就业影响,发现创业教育对学生就业能力有积极的促进作用,说明高校应加强对学生创业教育的改革,在转变学生就业观念的同时,增强学生返乡就业的信心,提升他们的就业能力,从而更好地服务地方经济建设和发展。There are many advantages for rural students to work in hometown, such as geographical conditions and relationships, but it is still a question that returning home. In addition to the rural environment, the internal factors of rural Students＇ employability and employment con- fidence are important. The investigation of rural students indicated that ： the entrepreneurial education has significant effects on students＇ em- ployment capacity, higher institutions should reform on entrepreneurship education, so as to improve students＇ employment ability, and guide students back - to - hometown for employment and entrepreneurship.
