泡沫定向钻井技术在涪陵焦石坝地区页岩气井的试验

摘　　要：泡沫定向钻井是气体钻井技术在定向井段的延伸,与直井段气体钻井相比,需要使用导向钻具和工程参数随钻测量仪器,需要解决井眼气体介质条件下工程参数随钻测量的传输问题,施工工艺相对复杂。目前空气螺杆和无线随钻测斜仪(EMWD)是泡沫定向钻井必须的工具和仪器。介绍了泡沫定向钻井的实施方法、经验、问题及建议,为今后泡沫定向钻井技术的完善和再实践提供了宝贵经验。Gas drilling included air drilling,foam drilling and nitrogen drilling.The directional drilling with foam was the expansion of gas drilling technique in directional section,compared with straight section of gas drilling,steering drilling tool and tool of measuring while drilling(MWD)for technical parameters were needed to solve the problems of MWD parameters under condition of gas medium,of which operation technique was relatively complex.At present,air screw and wireless MWD apparatus(EMWD)are the necessary tools and instruments for the directional drilling with foam.The operation method,experiences,issue and suggestions are introduced.It provides useful experience for the completion of future directional drilling with foam and its re-practice.
