摘 要:分析了王集油田东区油藏地质特征,根据油藏特征进行调驱工艺及段塞设计,开展了1个井组的矿场试验,结合油藏特征分析了试验井组凝胶微球调驱效果。矿场试验结果表明:注入凝胶微球后,注水井注水压力升高,地层充满度增加,吸水剖面改善,低渗透层有效启动,水窜优势通道得到有效封堵,井组平面上实现了注水受效方向改变,对应油井见到了明显的增油降水效果。试验结果表明聚合物微球调驱技术是非均质油藏高含水开发后期进一步挖潜剩余油的一项有效技术,能够显著提高油藏的开发效果。试验井采用凝胶微球调驱后,井组累计增油860多吨,累计降水1.2×104 m3。The reservoir geological characteristics in the east of Wangji Oilfield were analyzed,the technique of profile control and slug were designed based on reservoir characteristics.A field test for a well group was carried out,the effect of polymer microsphere profile control was evaluated on the basis of the reservoir geological characteristics.When polymer microspheres were injected,injection pressure was raised,of reservoir filling degree increased,water adsorption profile was improved,low permeability reservoir was effective improved,advantageous water channeling path was plugged effectively,effective water injection direction was changed in the plane of well group,obvious oil increment and water reduction effect was obtained in the offset wells.The test results show the polymer microspheres profile control technology is an effective way to further develop residual oil in heterogeneous reservoir at later stage of oilfield development,by which the effect of oilfield develop can be evidently improved.When polymer microsphere profile control technology is used in the well group,the accumulated oil increment is more than 860t,accumulated water production reduction is more than 1.2×104 m3.
