摘 要:研制了一种能够模拟井下高温高压及循环流动条件下的专用于泥页岩测试的三轴岩心夹持器。该夹持器能真实模拟井下温度、压力和循环流体流动条件下的储层渗透率变化规律,通过试验可建立压力传递和化学渗透试验模型,定量测定泥页岩极低渗透率和泥页岩膜效率;能解决单一通过泥页岩极低渗透率和膜效率测试的力化(力学与化学)耦合模型评价井壁失稳的局限性,从而更有利于优选适合井壁稳定的钻井液和完井液体系。A special triaxial core holder for mud-shale rock testing was developed,which could be used for simulating circulated flow at high temperature and high pressure under downhole conditions,it could be used as a laboratory evaluation device to avoid the influence of drilling fluid on the stability of borehole and for evaluating the rules of permeability changes under borehole temperature and pressure and circulated flow conditions.It can be used to establish models for testing pressure transfer and chemical permeability to quantitatively detect extra-low permeability and membrane effect of the mud-shale rocks,by which the limitation of instability is avoided in testing the extra-low permeability and membrane effect by only using mechanic and chemical coupling models,it is beneficial for choosing proper drilling and completion fluids for borehole stability.
