摘　　要：高校群体性突发事件现已成为影响当前我国高校稳定甚至社会稳定的重要因素之一,但是在该方面的研究主要是基于实践经验的概述和总结分析上,缺少合适的理论分析工具揭示高校群体性突发事件的演化规律和发展特征。本文尝试应用演化博弈理论建立了高校管理者和参与学生群体之间的演化博弈模型,通过对模型的均衡分析,提出在高校群体性突发事件应对过程中,高校管理者应该根据不同的情况采取相应的策略,积极消除事件带来的负面影响,推动学校的建设和发展。College mass emergency is one important factor that influences the university stability and even social stability in the present period. But the research in this area is mainly based on the overview and summary analysis of practical experiences, which is lack of a suitable tool for theoretical analysis to research on the evolution and development characteristics of college mass emergencies. This paper attempts to establish the model based on evolutionary game theory between university administrators and student participants. Through the analysis of equilibrium of the model the paper proposed that university administrators should take corresponding measures under different circumstances in the college mass emergency process. In this situation it caneliminate the negative impacts to promote the construction and development of the school.
