摘　　要：现今小微企业的融资问题是各个国家小微型企业所面临的重要问题",麦克米伦缺陷"在我国为小微企业发展过程中也有充分的体现,而且在我国体现出的缺陷更深,形成缺陷的原因也更加复杂。为了应对我国小微企业中出现的这些问题,要将国际经验作为重要的参考,在探索应对方案的过程中要和我国小微企业相结合,探索过程中还要包含对我国小微企业竞争公平性的确立,将在经济上扶持小微企业的政策良好落实,以此使地方金融改革能够加快速度,使我国小微企业能够更好的发展。Nowadays, financing problem of small and micro enterprises is an important issue that faced by small micro-enterprises in various countries, ＂Macmillan defect＂ is fully reflected in the development process of China＇s small and micro-enterprises, even the defect is reflected deeper and the reasons of defect are more complex in China. In order to cope these problems, China＇s small and micro enterprises should take international experience as reference, combined with China＇s small and micro enterprises in the process of exploring responding measures, the establishment of competitive fairness for China＇s small and micro enterprises is included in the process, and then they should implement policies to support small and micro enterprises in economy well, so as to increase the speed of local financial reform, and develop China＇s small and micro enterprises.
