摘　　要：ArcIMS是目前最常用的WebGIS实现方式之一。介绍了ArcIMS的主要特点和体系结构,在进行系统调研、分析系统需求的基础上,概述了系统功能的设计和数据的组织,最后完成了公众信息的网络发布,实现了公众信息多种形式查询和统一管理。ArcIMS is the most commonly used method of WebGIS realization. The paper introduced the ArcIMS＇ main characteristics and system structure, summarized the system function design and data organization based on the system research and analysis of system demand, finally completed the network of public information, and realized the various forms of query and unified management of public information.
