摘　　要：目的采用卡特尔16种人格因素量表(16PF)分析吸毒人员的人格特质和人格类型。方法使用16PF对长沙市吸毒人员进行人格分析,并与常模比较。选用最远邻法,以欧式距离为测度距离的方法对样本进行聚类。结果男性吸毒人员在聪慧性、稳定性、有恒性、怀疑性、实验性、独立性、自律性7个因子上低于常模(t=-15.41,-7.00,-8.21,-4.26,-3.91,-8.52;P<0.01);而在持强性、敢为性、幻想性、忧虑性、紧张性5个因子上高于全国常模(t=4.56,6.60,7.90,10.18,6.23;P<0.01)。人格类型聚类结果:吸毒人员中兴奋型占33.75%,忧郁型占66.25%。结论男性吸毒人员有特殊的人格特质,与全国成年男性人格特质有明显差异。男性吸毒人员可以分为兴奋型和忧郁型两种不同的人格类型。Objective To analyze the personality characteristics and styles of drug abusers by 16PF. Methods The addicts were in- vestigated by questionnaire of index of 16PF. all indexes were compared with the normal person. Furthest neighbor method was used to clustering the samples by taking euclidean distance as the measurement distance. Results The male drug addicts got lower scores （p 〈 O. 01 ） in intelligent （ 5.26 ± 1.97 ）, stability （ 12.96 ± 2.60 ）, persistence （ 10.49 ± 2.33 ）, suspicion （ 9.56 ± 2.92 ）, experimentation （ 10. 38 ± 2.57 ）, independence （ 9.96 ± 2.98） and self-discipline （ 9.51 ± 2.78 ） and higher scores （ P 〈 0. O1 ） in conscientiousness （ 14.04 ± 2.49 ）, excitability （ 13.04 ± 2.67 ）, fancy （ 13.21 ± 2.63 ）, anxiety （ 13.21 ± 2.63 ） and tension （ 12.81 ± 2.92 ）. Analytical results of per- sonality style clustering excitatory accounted for 33.75% in the subjects, depression accounted for 66.25%. Conclusion Male drug abusers have special personality characteristics, which are significantly different from those of adult male norm. Male drug abusers can be divided into excitatory and depression two typical personality styles.
