结核性胸膜炎患者外周血miR-365a-3p、miR-29a-3p的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨外周血微小RNA(miRNA)在结核性胸膜炎患者和健康对照者之间的差异表达。方法选取30例结核性胸膜炎患者为实验组,30例健康者为对照组,采集外周血,Trizol法抽提外周血总mRNA,RT-PCR合成cDNA,荧光定量PCR检测外周血miR-365a-3p、miR-29a-3p的表达。结果结核性胸膜炎组患者外周血miR-365a-3p表达(0.66±0.60)明显高于健康对照组(0.33±0.29),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而结核性胸膜炎组患者外周血miR-29-3p表达(0.74±0.65)与健康对照组(0.75±0.31)相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周血miR-365a-3p可能与结核性胸膜炎发生密切相关,并可能成为诊断结核性胸膜积液的靶点之一。Objective To investigate the expression of peripheral blood miRNA in patients with tuberculous pleurisy and explore its clinical significance.Methods The expression of miR-365a-3p,miR-29a-3p were measured by RT-PCR and fluorescence quantitative PCR in 30 patients with tuberculous pleurisy （the study group） and 30 healthy donors （the control group）.Results The expression of miR-365a-3p in the study group [（0.66±0.60）] were significantly higher than the control group [（0.33±0.29）],P〈0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in miR-29a-3p expression between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion miR-365a-3p may be closely correlated to tuberculosis pleurisy,which can be a new biomarker in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.
