术前路径在超早期高血压脑出血显微手术护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨建立规范术前路径在超早期采用小翼点切口锁孔经侧裂-岛叶入路显微手术治疗高血压脑出血护理中的应用效果。方法患者入院后建立规范术前路径,包括应急小组评估、应急流程的启用、快速手术交接等。结果建立规范术前路径后,超早期显微手术治疗高血压脑出血的术前过程由原来的63 min缩短到35 min。结论通过建立规范术前路径,有效地为患者争取最佳手术时机。Objective To explore the application of standardized preoperative pathway in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage at ultra-early stage by using the micro-surgery through fissura sylvius-insular approach with micro-pterional incision.Methods The standardized preoperative pathway was set up after hospitalization,which includes the evaluation from emergency response team,implementation of emergency procedure and rapid transition before operation.Results By creating the best operative opportunity effectively for the patient by setting up standardized preoperative pathway,the duration of the preoperative procedure reduced from 63 minutes to 35 minutes in the micro-sugery in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage at ultra-early stage.Conclusion Through setting up standardized preoperative pathway,we can strive for the best timing of surgery for patients.
