摘　　要：目的 探讨弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的围术期护理方法.方法 将我院2010年1月至2012年6月收治的32例儿童股骨干骨折行弹性髓内钉手术,给予系统的围术期护理.结果 全部病例随访6～24个月,平均随访15个月.骨折愈合平均时间为4.4个月.结论 弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折具有损伤小、出血少、恢复快、并发症少等优点,配合精心的围术期护理可促进患儿康复,提高治疗效果.Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of children with femoral shaft fractures treated by elastic nails.Methods Thirty-two children with femoral shaft fracture in our hospital from Jan.2010 to Jun.2012 were treated by elastic nail fixation,with careful perioperative nursing.Results All the patients were followed up for 6～24 months,15 months in average.The fracture was recovered in 4.4 months in average.Conclusion Elastic nails has good curative effect for children with femoral shaft fractures,with fast recovery,small trauma,less bleeding and fewer complications.Careful perioperative nursing for patients is of great importance to the success of postoperative rehabilitation,which helps improve the curative effect.
