循证护理在开胸手术患者肺部并发症防治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在开胸手术患者肺部并发症防治工作中的效果。方法选取86例在我院行开胸手术的患者为观察对象,按照入院顺序随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者行循证护理,对照组患者行常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者术后肺部并发症发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的25.58%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.68,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后住院时间为(11.21±3.86)d,总医疗费用为(38 984.34±295.18)元,明显低于对照组的(17.34±4.77)d和(44 437.65±324.19)元,差异有统计学意义(t=6.5,t=81.56,P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度评分为(8.98±0.97)分,明显高于对照组的(6.43±0.62)分),差异有统计学意义(t=14.53,P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于开胸手术患者有助于降低术后并发症的发生率,缩短术后住院天数,降低医疗费用,增加患者及其家属对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention and control of pulmonary complications for patients with open thoracic surgery.Methods Eighty-six patients with open thoracic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the admission sequence.Patients in the observation group received evidence-based nursing,while those in the control group were treated by conventional nursing.Then the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in the observation group was 2.33%,which was significantly less than 25.58% in the control group （x2=.68,P〈0.05）.The postoperative length of hospital stay in the observation group was （11.21±3.86） d,the total medical costs was （38984.34±295.18） RMB,which were significantly lower than （17.34± 4.77） d and （44 437.65±324.19） RMB in the control group （t=6.55,t=81.56,P〈0.05）.The satisfaction score for the observation group was （8.98±0.97）,which was significantly higher than （6.43±0.62） in the control group （t=14.53,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing helps reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with open thoracic surgery,shorten the length of hospital days,reduce the medical cost,and increase the satisfaction of the patients and family,which is worthy of promotion.
