摘　　要：以羟脯氨酸为起始原料,经过四步反应合成得到抗生素美罗培南的侧链(2S,4R)-2-二甲氨甲酰基-4-硫基-1-(4-硝基苯甲氧羰基)吡咯烷,并进行质谱和核磁共振氢谱的结构表征。该新方法反应条件温和、易操作、产率高及易工业化的特点。（2S, 4S） - 4 - nitrobenzyl 2 - （dimethylcarbamoyl） - 4 - mercaptopyrrolidine - 1 - carboxylate, the sidechain of meropenem, was synthesized by four steps in total to yield the product, with the hydroxyproline as starting material. The target and intermediates were all characterized by Mass and 1H NMR. The reaction was carried out under mild conditions with easily separated and high yield, providing new scientific basis and theoretical basis for the industrial production of the sidechain of Meropenem.
