摘  要:采用失重法、电化学法及表面分析方法,研究了A106B碳钢、B10铜镍合金等冷冻水系统材质在LiOH/联氨介质体系中的腐蚀特性。结果表明,以LiOH为碱化剂调节冷冻水pH至10以上,辅以联氨除氧,可保证上述材质的腐蚀速率达标,同时金属表面未见有点蚀等局部腐蚀现象存在。LiOH/联氨联合处理法用于核电厂冷冻水系统防腐具有可行性。The corrosion behaviors of chilled water system materials such as A106B carbon steel and B10 in LiOH/ hydrazine solution were studied by means of weight -loss method, electrochemical tests and surface analysis methods. Results showed that the corrosion rates of these materials could meet the standard requirement using LiOH to adjust the chilled water pH to 10 and hydrazine to consume oxygen. Meanwhile, none pitting was found on metal surface, and indicated that it was feasibility to control corrosion of chilled water system using LiOH and hydrazine.
