摘　　要：中国共产党面对新形势新任务,必须建成学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党。建设学习型政党,要求全党不断加强学习,获取知识以及更新知识的能力,提高党的领导水平和执政水平;建设服务型政党,要求全党秉持为人民服务的根本宗旨,坚持以人为本、执政为民,始终保持同人民群众的血肉联系;建设创新型政党,要求全党以改革创新精神,不断发展理论,丰富实践,完善制度,提高党的建设科学化、民主化、规范化水平。Facing the new situation and new tasks,the CPC is confronted with a new demand to construct Marxist ruling party of new type, which is featured being good at learning, serving and innovating. To be good at learning calls on the party members to be equipped with the ability to enhance learning,and the ability to obtain access to knowledge as well as the ability to upgrade their knowledge, so as to improve the Party＇s leadership and governance. To be good at serving demands all the members to uphold the fundamental principle of serving the people, to adhere to the principle of putting people first and governing for the people, and always to stay close to the masses. To be good at innovation requires the members to have innovation spirit, develop theory, enrich their experience, improve relevant system, so as to make party building more scientific, democratic and standard.
