摘　　要：清代乾隆时期的官方赈灾很有特色,朝廷高度重视,因时因地制宜,尽力以赴;形式多样,支出浩繁,重点突出;日益正规有序,并朝制度化、法制化方向发展。这一时期的赈灾,对于保障灾民的基本生活、灾后的重建以及维护社会的稳定等都发挥重要作用。同时,朝隆时期的官方赈灾又痼疾难改:注重形式,轻视效果;因人而异,厚此薄彼;忽视社会力量的有效参与,缺乏赈灾的长效机制等,很难尽如人意。不过,乾隆朝赈灾的经验教训仍有历史借鉴意义。Disaster relieves in Qianlong period had main characteristics： The. government always paid high attention to it, acted according to the circumstances and time, and did their best; they actualized diversified forms, expended a huge sum of money and food, and gave prominence to the key points; they went on the orSit of legalization m^d institutionalization. They played an importam role in keeping the basic livelihood of the people, realizing the post disaster reconstruction and maintaining social stability, etc. But meanwhile, there are lot of problems in the process of the disaster relieves, such as paying special attentions to forms but ignoring the effects, unequal treatment to different groups, negligence of societal forces, and lack of long--term mechanisnl for disaster relieves, which is far from perfect. However, it is of historical significance for us to learn a lesson from disaster relieves m Qianlong period.
