军民融合产业集群协同创新的研究评述和理论框架

摘　　要：当前,我国发展正站在一个新的历史起点,时代的大潮将协同创新推向新的前沿和高峰。在国防科技工业领域,依托军民融合产业集群推动范围更广、程度更深的协同创新,是提高我国国防科技创新能力的新思考,体现了国防科技工业军民融合式发展的本质,也是新时期经济发展方式转变和战斗力生成模式转变的重要切入点。通过梳理军民融合产业集群协同创新的理论源泉和研究文献,提出了军民融合产业集群协同创新"四位一体"的概念框架和理论模型。At present, China is standing in a new historical starting point, and the tide of age will push collaborative innovation into a new frontier and peak. In the national defense science and technology field, relying on Military-Civil integration industrial cluster promoting wider, deeper degree of collabora- tive innovation, is the new thinking to improve our country national defense science and technology inno- vation ability, which reflects the nature of Defense S＆T and industry of military and civilian integration development, and also is the key points of the transformation of economic development mode and the mode of generating combat. By combing source and documents review of collaborative innovation of Mili- tary-Civil integration industrial cluster, the paper puts forward the ＂Four in one＂ conceptual and theoreti- cal model for Military-Civil integration industrial cluster.
