摘　　要：将供应链系统整合和纵向并购的专门知识加以结合,运用系统动力学方法,借鉴有关供应链管理、产业组织理论和其他系统科学等方面的相关研究成果,对纵向并购的供应链系统构建系统动力学模型,并从结构调整和参数调整两个方面展开政策分析。The article aims to combine supply chain system integration and vertical M＆A so as to propose a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the supply chain system integration issues with refer- ence to the literature of supply chain management, industrial organization theory and systems science. Al- so, comparison will be made in different strategies and processes of supply chain system integration. Poli- cy analysis will be carried out as well from the two aspects of structural adjustment and parameter adjust- ment by building system dynamics model and simulation analysis.
