摘  要:从PTA品质、配料量比、液位变化、温度、压力等方面,对PET切片端羧基值影响因素进行研究,采用正交设计和优化计算的方法,找出适合低负荷生产时的控制参数,达到控制切片中端羧基值的目的。The factors that have effect on carboxyl end group value of PET chip were studied from the aspects such as PTA quality ,charge ratio, liquid level change, temperature and pressure. mization calculation method, the control parameters which suit for low load of controling the carboxyl end group value of PET chip was achieved. By using the orthogonal design and opti- production were found out. The purpose of controling the carboxyl end group value of PET chip was achieved.
