摘 要:分析了放电能量损失与极间工作液漏电、工件表面漏电的关系.采用浸液和喷液2种冷却方式进行高速往复走丝电火花线切割加工实验,对理论分论结果进行了验证.结果表明:减小工件表面漏电面积和工作液电导率,可以有效减少能量损失,进而提高加工效率;在相同加工参数下,浸液式相对于喷液式切割速度有所降低,其主要原因是由浸没在工作液中的工件与电极丝间持续电解漏电形成的.Both immersion fluid and spray liquid cooling methods were used in high speed wire-cut electrical discharge machining(HSWEDM) experiments. The results show that with the same processing parame ters, the cutting speed of immersion fluid is lower than that of spray liquid. A primary cause of this is the continuous leakage current of electrolytic between the work-piece and wire electrode which covered with electrolyte liquid. The relationship of the discharge energy loss and the leakage current between electrolyte liquid and the leakage current of work-piece were analyzed. The experimental results show that by reduc ing the surface leakage current area of the work-piece and working fluid conductivity, the energy loss could be effectively reduced, and the processing efficiency could be improved.
